Between phở slurping, injera pinching and ciabatta crunching, I love to write. I believe food is the best, most intuitive way to bridge any gap, be it between two people or two cultures. I live for the look that crosses someone's face the first time they taste nước mắm chấm or a slinky Geisha brew.
